How do you bill me?
As per our terms of service with you, we bill you for the number of active connected accounts per month. An active connected account is one where you would have accessed your customer’s bank data through our API, in the last 30 days. For example, if you accessed the data for a particular account in October, but not in November, and then again in December, we’ll charge you for the access in October, and December, but not in November.
When do you bill me?
We bill you on the monthly anniversary of the date you signed our customer service agreement.
Where can I see my bills and fees ?
In your Console. We have a section called ‘Billing’ where you can see details of what we’ve billed you, how many active connections there have been in any month, and how much you’ve been charged.
How long do I have to pay my monthly TrueLayer invoice ?
You have 30 days from the date of the invoice to settle your account.
Do you charge VAT ?
Yes. We are registered for VAT and charge VAT for all services we offer to clients in the UK.
